FAQ

Q: How do I convert images?

A: Drag and drop files onto the upload area or click to browse. Pick an output format (JPG, PNG, or WebP), then click Convert. When processing finishes, download each file or use Download All for a ZIP.

Q: Are my images uploaded to a server?

A: No. Decoding and encoding run entirely in your browser using Canvas and Web Workers. Files are not uploaded, stored, or sent to our servers.

Q: Which input formats are supported?

A: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP, and SVG — as long as your browser can decode them. If your browser can’t decode a file (or it’s corrupted), the tool will show an error.

Q: What about GIFs or animated WebP?

A: Only the first frame is exported as a still image, same as a static conversion. Animation is not preserved.

Q: What happens to transparency when I choose JPG?

A: JPEG does not support transparency. Transparent areas are composited on a white background.
